What age kids can play on softplay?

Our Softplay is designed for ages 6 and under.

Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Failure to do so will result in all requested hire equipment being made available again for public hire. Full payment is to be paid no later than 2 days prior to the date of hirer’s event. Failure to make this payment deadline will result in goods and services not being dispatched or undertaken.
How long is the hire period?

Our package prices include a 4 hour hire period. Our team will set up prior to this and will return for pack up after the 4 hours. If you require a longer hire period let us know when booking and we can adjust the price accordingly.


Can we customize our own soft play package?

YES! Feel free to contact us and we can help you choose your own soft play package based on your budget and needs subject to availability.


Are you insured ?
Yes! We have a full $20 million public liability insurance. We are able to set up in different locations and venues. Let us know if you need a copy of our insurance certificate.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver all around ACT for FREE! However we deliver to Queanbeyan, Yass, Goulburn for few extra $$
Wet Weather ?
Top Amigos is not always guaranteed, so in the interest of your special day still being absolutely fantastic we always recommend having a Backup event location (Preferably indoors) where we can continue the event as planned.
Cancellations ?
Due to our number of bookings, deposit payments are non refundable within 14 days of the event as we have held your date and turned down other events to do so. We will work with you to reschedule your event.
Do you charge a Bond?
Yes, we charge a refundable security bond of $300 , which is to be paid in full 7 days prior to your event. By hiring our equipment, you agree to return it to us in the same condition we left it to you in. Once the equipment has been inspected after pick up, we will process your bond refund to the same account it was paid from within 5 business days. Any damage or additional cleaning can be claimed as outlined in our terms and conditions. Tip: We highly recommend you delegate an adult safety supervisor to keep an eye on the play area at all times. Adult supervision is required for safety reasons, but also helps to prevent rough/damaging play.
Rules of play ?
Top amigos want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience in our play areas. Top Amigos rules of play areas are as follows
Age Limit: Our soft play area is recommended for children aged 6 and under.
No Shoes: For safety and hygiene reasons please remove shoes before entering the play area. This includes high heels and studded sports shoes for example soccer or football shoes.
Socks: Whilst socks are not required, we strongly recommend all participants of our play equipment wear socks for cleanliness and hygiene purposes.
No Hazardous Items: To maintain a safe environment items such as face paint, glitter, slime, body gems or sharp objects are not permitted in the play areas.
No Food or Drinks: To prevent spills and maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask that no food or drink is to be brought into the play areas.
Adult Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of children and adherence to the rules as set out by Top Amigos
